THE BRIEF
Barber Jon envisioned a vintage, rock-inspired brand that would set him apart in the local barbering scene and serve as a recognisable mark for his line of men’s hair care products.
The brand needed to exude “traditional values, new look” while creating a distinct atmosphere for customers to relax and leave feeling more confident.
The creative journey
With Barber Jon’s clear vision as our guide, we curated ideas around the themes of fellowship, brotherhood, and retro style.
After refining these ideas, we presented three logo options that captured the vibe he was after. The final logo, with its bold monochrome colourway, was chosen quickly, and we moved forward to build the brand’s complete identity.
Logo Creation
Barber Jon’s logo had to do more than look good—it needed to be versatile. We designed an intricate, vintage-style logo that retained its distinct look across all platforms and touchpoints, from profile pictures and product packaging to large-format signage.
Developing the Brand
The logo was only the beginning. With the design in place, we expanded the brand across Barber Jon’s various customer touchpoints. The guidelines we developed ensured consistency across everything from social media and the website to product packaging and apparel.

Once the brand guidelines were in place, we helped Barber Jon launch his new identity across digital platforms, including his website and social media. His brand instantly resonated with the local community, creating a strong identity that has only grown in popularity.
