Creating a bold, memorable brand that stands out in a crowded local market.

THE BRIEF

Three Estate Agents needed an identity that would communicate their ethos and expertise while differentiating them in the property market. Their goal was a brand that felt fresh and inviting but also signalled the reliability and knowledge that their team brought to clients. The brand had to work seamlessly across all customer touch points, from digital assets to outdoor advertising and office branding.

The creative journey 

We kicked off with defining the brand’s positioning and personality. We identified the “sweet spot” where Three Estate Agents could stand out in the market through competitor analysis and a detailed positioning map. We crafted key messaging to support this position, ensuring that every part of their brand story aligned with their unique approach. 

To bring these ideas to life, we created several Mood Boards, showcasing creative directions that reflected the agency’s vision. Once the team chose their direction, we moved into logo design. 

Logo Creation 

The Three Estate Agents team reviewed three custom logo designs, each tailored to reflect their fresh, welcoming approach. Following client consultation and market research, they selected a final logo that was modern, distinct, and versatile. 

We then worked through a range of colour options, keeping in mind the need for their signs and boards to stand out on crowded high streets. After testing, the team chose a colour palette that would make their brand memorable and impactful across all placements. 

Developing the Brand  

We built a full brand identity system with the logo and colourway finalised. The brand guidelines provided everything needed to ensure consistency across digital, print, outdoor, and office applications. Consistency is essential for recognition, and these guidelines make it easy for the team to keep the brand strong and cohesive—today and in the future. 

Implementation 

Once the guidelines were approved, we helped Three Estate Agents roll out their new identity across every customer touchpoint. From business cards to sales documents and websites to social media assets, each piece reflected the cohesive, professional look of the new brand. Their launch materials created a memorable first impression in a crowded market.

We used New Realm to help with the branding of our New Estate Agency, which launched in 2018, 3EA – Three Estate Agents. We really enjoyed the process of the development from concept to a full set of brand guidelines which included all logos, colours and even fonts.
